OCTAP takes pride in the level of quality of taxicab service in Orange County.  With that in mind, we also understand that incidents will occur.  If you have experienced a problem with a taxicab ride, driver, or company;  your first step should be to contact the taxicab company directly to try and resolve the issue.  If you cannot resolve the problem directly and wish to report it to OCTAP, please feel free to use the forms provided below.  Once we receive your complaint, we assign an incident number to it and forward it to the proper company or agency for action; in the hopes that a resolution between the two parties can be reached; as well as other corrective actions that might be deemed necessary.  When filling out the forms, please fill them out completely; and also remember to state the outcome you are seeking (i.e., reimbursement, etc.); also include your email address.
